Every February, South Beach experiences a worldly culinary event. Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits teams up with Florida International University to create the ultimate five-day festival featuring celebrity chefs and culinary personalities as they showcase wine and food from across the country. South Beach Wine & Food Festival brings the ultimate private dinners, tastings, teaching seminars and live auctions to Miami Beach including the Art of Tiki Cocktail Showdown hosted every year at Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel.
